Klein Tools Hard Hats/Safety Helmets can be personalized with printed logos of your choice. This custom program offers a variety of printing options with standard colors (or special color options) at multiple locations/positions. 4 customizable Klein Tools Hard Hat models available: Cap and Full Brim; Vented and Non-vented styles. 2 customizable Klein Tools Safety Helmet models available: Vented and Non-Vented.

  4. Klein Tools reviews order and provides printing proof(s) to user. Final order price is also provided.
  5. Customer approves proof(s) and final order prices and credit card is charged. Order is processed and shipped out.
Additional Information:
  • *Select quantity: Minimum order quantity of 20 per SKU (cannot combine SKUs to reach minimum); increments of 10 thereafter.
  • **Choose logo position(s) and color(s): Up to 4 logo fixed locations (positions) can be printed on your product: front, back, right side, left side.
    • Upload logo files (Upload .ai or .eps files). Customer must agree to the terms and conditions of providing logo. Enter color details for each logo: 14 standard colors offered (see chart provided).
    • Note: For special PMS colors not listed in the chart, an extra charge will be added for each special color requested. Up to five (5) colors in a single logo! Up to four (4) different logos may be printed on a hard hat/safety helmet!
  • ***Complete checkout and provide order details: Complete contact information; shipping information; billing/payment information. Note: billing information is required to process order. Credit cards will be authorized but not charged when order is initially submitted. Total order price provided by website at time of order is a best estimate and may change depending on any logo and/or color modifications.
